This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to European Study Desk (“ESD”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) are handled. By using our services or making payments through www.europeanstudydesk.com, you agree to the terms described below.
All service fees paid to European Study Desk for counseling, documentation, university application, visa assistance, and related services are **non-refundable** under any circumstances. This includes situations such as withdrawal of application, delay in documentation, or change of personal decision by the student.
In the event of a visa rejection, students are eligible for **a free reattempt service** during the next admission cycle. This means that the student will not be charged any additional consultancy service fee for the next attempt. However, new university application fees and visa-related charges must be borne by the student.
All payments made directly to universities, government institutions, or third-party organizations (such as courier or certification services) are independent of ESD and are strictly non-refundable. European Study Desk does not hold any control or responsibility for refunds related to third-party payments.
ESD reserves the right to consider partial or special-case refunds only in rare and exceptional circumstances, at its sole discretion. Such cases will be reviewed individually and must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of the incident.
Once payment is received, a confirmation email or official receipt will be issued. By making a payment, the student acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
